Completely renovated, Les Bougainvillées restaurant draws inspiration from Mediterranean cuisine and the flavors of the Isle of Beauty. Under the stars, indoors, or on the terrace depending on the weather, our chef Claude Ramspacher creates inventive and refined dishes that change with the seasons.
He welcomes you for half-board or à la carte dining every day (except Saturdays and Sundays from November through March).
Breakfast
A continental breakfast buffet is served in the dining room or on the terrace. It includes fresh fruit, cereal, and dried fruit; pastries and several types of bread; fruit juice and hot beverages; homemade cakes; local cold cuts and cheeses; and hard-boiled or scrambled eggs. Served from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m.
Bars
All year round, the Les Eucalyptus lounge bar offers hot and cold beverages, local wines, champagnes, cocktails, brandies, aperitifs, and beers. On sunny days, a second bar opens by the pool, allowing you to extend your break in a tropical beach atmosphere.
